Recently, I lost 65lbs in 10 months by converting to a weekday vegetarian lifestyle.
Before & After:
I lost this weight by only changing the way I ate. I did NOT give up meat entirely, carbs, sugar, or workout like crazy. I didn’t join a plan, or club. I just ate vegetables more often, and meat less often.
