pleased thrilled to report that as of Monday, May 6, 2013-
I have lost 30 LBS!
No crazy gym regimen, no fad diets. None of that. Just structuring my meals to make them 99% plant based from Monday-Friday (I do have meat, as the feeling strikes me on the weekend.)
Its been easy, and now I CRAVE VEGGIES!
