You’ve all seen what I’m talking about…
The girl who INSISTED on getting the ultra silky, euro texture, #2 color, synthetic straight hair to mix with her ‘oh so natural’ locs.
She’s not fooling ANYONE- Haha!. And I’m not about to let that girl- be me.
In the spirit of protecting my natural hair, and looking fly- I recently did a tutorial on how to blend your natural hair with the curly texture of your favorite ‘winter wig.’
It’s a simple process that involves using Bantu Knots to create corkscrew curls in the ‘leave out’ hair, that you blend over your wig to create a realistic hair line.
1. Create Bantu Knots on slightly damp hair (if the hair is soaking wet, it will take FOREVER to dry)
2. Gently unravel Bantu Knots
3. Separate Curls for Blending
4. Twist in Curls with Wig
That was a quick rundown- for a detailed tutorial with products used, and step by step instruction-check out this video on my YouTube Channel (NapturalNicole):
Coming this week: A product review of the famous ‘Terressentials Mud Wash’ and a Q&A session from readers!
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday break- and thanks for coming back to NapturalNicole.com!
